Interval Strength Training & Balance Class for Seniors

  • 30 mins includes warm-up & cool down:
    Any of these exercises can be performed from a ‘seated position’ if necessary
  • Strengthen your heart, bones & muscles in a FUN NEW WAY with STRENGTH & CARDIO separated into alternating 1 minute intervals of each!
  • We use resistance bands, small balls & your body-weight to TONE your entire body at a comfortable pace!
  • 15 mins of BALANCE Exercises that are EFFECTIVE!
    Must be performed standing.
  • 15 mins FULL BODY STRETCH is just as important as exercising!

Our beautiful & completely PRIVATE classroom is located behind the windows painted with a mural on the Right-hand side of the mall, opposite Service Canada & washrooms.

Enter the store beside Cali Nails into Sally’s RECEPTION AREA to gain access to the private classroom.

Equipment Required: Resistance band & small squeezable ball 6-9”

Equipment is available to purchase in advance, or at class; or, bring your own!  Prices include tax.

  • Purple balls $6
  • Strong green bands $9 (recommended for most!)
  • Medium strength red bands $6 (for beginners or injuries)
