Required: Chair, 1 or 2 sets of hand-held weights for upper body, a strong resistance band for legs (bring your own weights & band, or purchase a band at class for $9.00). Perform this class with a chair handy.
– 25 min Cardio & Core HIIT Class: 1 minute intervals at 128 bpms of high intensity CARDIO exercises designed to tone the CORE & OBLIQUES & improve BALANCE; alternating with 40 second intervals of lower level exercises
– 5 min cool down with balance exercises
– 5 min leg/hip STRENGTH with resistance bands SEATED
– 10 min Upper Body STRENGTH with weights STAND or SIT
– 15 mins of STRETCHES for the entire body
