Tuesday at 10:30 – 11:30 am – Women’s Cardio & ‘Core on the Floor’ + Stretch 

    • FUN & FAST-PACED 20 min low impact Active Cardio/aerobics, in an air- conditioned room!  10 mins standing CORE stabilizing exercises & 15 mins of CORE stabilizing floor work & 15 min full body Stretch.  Bring a comfy mat & possibly a small cushion, all equipment & chairs are sanitized after every class
    • Each class is different, huge variety of exercises, great cardio-pumping tunes!
    • this is a ‘women’s only’ class, safe for 50+ women, and beginners of any age, who want a low impact workout

  • 1/2 hr seated Strength Training using ‘bring your own’ therapy bands (available to purchase at first class: various strengths/colours of bands $6.00 new / $3.00 used)
  • 10 mins of gentle stretching to promote flexibility & help prevent stiffness
  • Lots of variety & great music!
  • Beneficial for fall prevention!

  • Highly beneficial to participants with: rheumatoid or osteo arthritis; osteoporosis; limited mobility; COPD or lung problems; or any other health related conditions requiring a slower, more gentle form of exercise.
