15. Fitness Fun 3rd Seated Cardio for Seniors, 30 mins w/Sally Sunshine Gentle Fitness
This 30 minute, low impact, seated CARDIO exercise class is SAFE for seniors, will get your heart rate up & work your arms & legs! You ...will need to cut a long swimming noodle into 2 halves! Or, substitute with 2 long wooden or plastic spoons; 2 drumsticks, 2 feather dusters, or whatever you can find!
It is designed to be safe for older adults & seniors; including those with lower mobility levels.
- Work at the level that is most suitable for you!
- Modify exercises to feel comfortable at all times.
- If you feel overexerted, SIT DOWN & continue to exercise gently if possible, while SEATED.
- If you become DIZZY you MUST SIT DOWN & take a break or have a rest.
