Bone density tests are quick & easy, everyone should have them regularly.
Bone mass/density loss happens quickly when one becomes sedentary. Any fall can cause broken bones, pain, slow recoveries.
Maintaining bone strength is VERY important!

Ways to improve muscle & bone strength-

  • Use body weight (such as wall pushups)
  • Resistance bands
  • Balls (such as squeezing between thighs)
  • Weights, progressing in size/weight over time, if possible.

Online Zoom Classes Are Perfect If You:

  • Prefer working out at home
  • Live outside Owen Sound
