Class Description
This comprehensive fitness class is designed specifically for seniors—both men and women—with a seated area available for beginners or those requiring additional support. The program focuses on “Heart, Bone, and Muscle Strength” through a varied and engaging routine:
- Alternating Intervals: A mix of Cardio Aerobics and Strength exercises.
- Equipment-Based Training: Strength segments utilize resistance bands and small balls.
- Cognitive Engagement: Fast-paced changes are integrated to provide a workout for your brain as well as your body.
- Balance & Flexibility: Every session includes 15 minutes dedicated specifically to balance exercises and stretching.
Equipment Requirements
Participants are required to use resistance bands and small balls. You may bring your own or purchase them at the class:
- Resistance Bands: $9.00
- Small Balls: $6.00

Any of these exercises can be performed from a ‘seated position’ if necessary - Strengthen your heart, bones & muscles in a FUN NEW WAY with STRENGTH & CARDIO separated into alternating 1-minute intervals of each!
- We use resistance bands, small balls & your body-weight to TONE your entire body at a comfortable pace!
- 15 mins of BALANCE Exercises that are EFFECTIVE!
Must be performed standing. - 15 mins FULL BODY STRETCH is just as important as exercising!
