I started Sally Sunshine because I saw a gap.

Too many seniors were being told to โjust stay activeโ โ but without structured guidance, proper progression, or exercises designed specifically for aging bodies. At the same time, many mainstream fitness programs were simply too aggressive, too fast, or not adapted for balance limitations, joint sensitivity, or mobility challenges.
Sally Sunshine was created to change that.
I specialize in gentle, progressive fitness classes designed exclusively for older adults and beginners โ with a focus on balance, strength, flexibility, posture, and fall prevention.
My mission is simple:
Help seniors move with confidence, reduce injury risk, and maintain independence โ in a safe, supportive environment.

My Philosophy: Strength Without Strain
I do not believe in:
- High-impact boot camps
- Fast, complex choreography
- Competitive environments
